Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Resubmission and Reconciliation Lead:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a medical background.

Responsibilities:

Lead the resubmission and reconciliation process.

Negotiate for reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with medical and financial standards.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain detailed records of all resubmission and reconciliation activities.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2. Resubmission Analyst:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical background.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of resubmissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in medical records and billing.

Work with the resubmission and reconciliation lead to streamline processes.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Prepare reports on resubmission activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

For the lead role: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the medical field.

For the analyst role: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the medical field.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in medical billing and coding systems.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
