About the Role:

Saddle House Al Qana seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house operations. This pivotal role combines service excellence with team leadership in Abu Dhabi's premier equestrian-themed dining destination.

Operational Leadership:

The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery during all meal periods. Your leadership will maintain our high standards for food presentation, table service, and guest satisfaction.

Team Management:

You will train and motivate service staff while coordinating with kitchen teams to optimize workflow. Your ability to resolve guest concerns gracefully will preserve our reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Candidate Profile:

We require 2+ years of supervisory experience in upscale casual dining. Your background should demonstrate success in staff scheduling, inventory control, and maintaining health/safety compliance.
