Job Profile:

Nehal Hotel is a prestigious hospitality establishment in Abu Dhabi seeking a professional and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic food and beverage team.

We are urgently recruiting a Restaurant Supervisor with 1-3 years of proven hotel restaurant experience to oversee our dining operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage restaurant staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff management

Ensure highest standards of guest service and dining experience

Coordinate staff scheduling and daily assignments

Manage and train restaurant service team

Maintain impeccable food service standards and hygiene protocols

Handle guest interactions, complaints, and special requests professionally

Oversee table settings, restaurant cleanliness, and presentation

Manage restaurant inventory and stock control

Assist in implementing service improvement strategies

Ensure compliance with hotel and food safety regulations

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel departments

Requirements:

1-3 years of hotel restaurant supervisory experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Customer service orientation

Ability to work flexible shifts

Basic computer skills

Professional demeanor

Valid food handling certification preferred

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in 3-4 star hotel restaurants

Understanding of restaurant service standards

Proactive problem-solving abilities

Strong interpersonal skills
