About the Role:

Bedrock, an upmarket sports bar and restaurant, is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and elevate guest experiences in our dynamic, premium venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for restaurant operations

Manage daily team performance and ensure exceptional service standards

Oversee guest interactions, reservations, and customer satisfaction

Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding hospitality

Implement and maintain high-quality service protocols

Conduct team briefings and performance evaluations

Manage guest relations and resolve any service-related issues

Ensure impeccable food and beverage presentation

Monitor and control inventory levels

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and overall ambiance

Support recruitment and staff scheduling

Uphold health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in upscale restaurant or bar

Proven leadership and team management skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Excellent organizational skills

Customer service orientation
