Core Responsibilities

Direct daily restaurant and retail operations

Oversee service quality, hygiene standards, and customer experience

Manage inventory control and purchasing

Monitor financial performance and reporting

Handle customer relations and complaint resolution

Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams

Drive service innovation and trend implementation

Maintain ODEON's premium brand standards

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hospitality management experience, specializing in fine dining

Proven expertise in European and Asian cuisines, with Western cuisine focus

Extensive UAE F&B sales operations experience

Strong multitasking and pressure management capabilities

Excellence in team leadership and customer service

Financial management and reporting proficiency

Flexibility for extended working hours

Fluent English required; French language skills preferred

Preferred Experience

5-star hotel or high-end restaurant background in UAE

Demonstrated track record in team development and motivation
