A new dining destination is preparing to open its doors in Jumeirah, and it needs a Restaurant Manager who knows how to turn a vision into an unforgettable guest experience. This is a pre-opening role for a French & Mediterranean concept that aims to bring something fresh to Dubai's dynamic culinary scene. It is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who understands that a great restaurant is not just about the food—it is about the feeling guests carry with them when they leave.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for bringing this concept to life. From the very first day, you will be involved in shaping the service standards, recruiting and training the front-of-house team, and ensuring that every detail—from the layout of the floor to the flow of service—is executed with precision. Once the restaurant opens, you will oversee daily operations, manage the front-of-house team, and ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and a flawless dining experience. You will work closely with the culinary team to align service with the menu, handle guest feedback with grace, and maintain the high standards expected of a luxury dining venue. Financial accountability is also part of the role: you will manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue while keeping the team motivated and the atmosphere vibrant.

This role is for someone who has spent time in gourmet cafes, bistros, luxury fine dining, or resort environments. You understand what it takes to deliver exceptional service in a high-end setting and have likely held a similar management position before. Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with the Dubai market and its discerning clientele. You are a natural leader who can inspire a team, communicate clearly, and handle the pressure of a fast-paced service with calm and confidence. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jumeirah, Dubai, with an opening targeted for mid-September. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 15,400, commensurate with experience.
