Restaurant Operations Management

Oversee complete restaurant operations by managing daily service, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining operational standards, and delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect Red Sea Global Hospitality's luxury brand.

Team Leadership and Development

Lead restaurant team by recruiting talent, training staff, conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching and mentoring, scheduling shifts, building team morale, and developing a high-performing team committed to service excellence.

Guest Service Excellence

Ensure outstanding guest service by setting service standards, monitoring guest satisfaction, personally engaging with diners, handling complaints professionally, implementing service improvements, and creating memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Financial Management and Budgeting

Manage restaurant finances by preparing budgets, controlling costs, monitoring expenses, analyzing P&L statements, tracking revenue, optimizing profitability, and achieving financial targets while maintaining quality standards.

Menu Planning and Quality Control

Collaborate on menu planning and maintain quality control by working with chefs on menu development, ensuring food quality standards, monitoring presentation, verifying portion control, and maintaining consistency that upholds culinary excellence.

Revenue and Sales Growth

Drive revenue and sales growth by implementing upselling strategies, creating promotional initiatives, maximizing table turnover, optimizing pricing, increasing average check values, and achieving revenue targets consistently.

Inventory and Supply Management

Manage inventory and supplies by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with purchasing, controlling food costs, minimizing waste, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining optimal inventory that supports menu requirements.
