Restaurant Operations Leadership The Restaurant Manager will take full responsibility for overseeing daily restaurant operations across all service periods. This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure smooth service flow, operational consistency, and adherence to brand standards while maintaining a strong presence on the restaurant floor.
Guest Experience Excellence The position focuses heavily on delivering a high-quality guest experience by leading from the front and engaging positively with guests. The Restaurant Manager will monitor guest satisfaction, handle escalations professionally, and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence and brand reputation.
Team Management and Motivation Managing, coaching, and motivating service teams is a key responsibility of this role. The Restaurant Manager will foster a service culture built on discipline, teamwork, and respect while ensuring grooming, hygiene, and service standards are consistently followed.
Operational Standards and Compliance The role requires strict enforcement of standard operating procedures, service sequences, and brand guidelines. The Restaurant Manager will ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and local regulatory requirements at all times.
Staff Planning and Performance The Restaurant Manager will plan effective staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage while controlling manpower costs. Conducting daily briefings, shift handovers, and ongoing performance follow-ups are essential to maintain operational efficiency.
Inventory and Financial Control The position involves overseeing inventory management, stock control, ordering, and wastage monitoring in coordination with kitchen and store teams. The Restaurant Manager will also ensure accurate billing, proper cash handling, and adherence to financial controls and company policies.
