Guest Experience Management:

You will implement service protocols that reflect our brand's premium positioning, handling VIP guests with discretion and resolving service issues diplomatically. Arabic language skills will enhance communication with our diverse clientele.

Candidate Profile:

We require 5+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale dining environments. Your background should demonstrate success in revenue growth, cost control, and team development within the UAE hospitality sector.

Cultural Competence:

Preferred candidates will possess fluency in Arabic to engage effectively with local patrons and stakeholders. Your understanding of GCC hospitality expectations will be invaluable in maintaining our reputation.
