Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, with a strong focus on building customer relationships and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play a crucial role in elevating our service experience and managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relations

Build and nurture strong relationships with guests

Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience

Address guest concerns promptly and effectively

Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service standards

Operations Management

Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations

Manage inventory, costs, and budget adherence

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Optimize staffing levels to match business demands

Implement and maintain quality control procedures

Team Leadership

Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff

Develop and mentor team members to reach their full potential

Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal service delivery

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Communication

Maintain effective communication between restaurant team and management

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Liaise with other departments to enhance overall guest experience

Report on restaurant performance, challenges, and opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Proven track record in building customer relations and enhancing satisfaction

Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations

Experience in staff recruitment, training, and development

Excellent leadership and organizational abilities

Superior communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems

Financial acumen with experience in budget management
