Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and drive business growth at our Dubai location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, food quality, and customer satisfaction

Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Handle inventory management and supplier relationships

Monitor and control food and labor costs

Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction

Implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant

Handle cash management and daily reconciliation

Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role

Strong understanding of food service operations and restaurant management

Experience in staff supervision and training

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software

Preferred Qualifications

Hindi language proficiency

Experience in UAE hospitality industry

Knowledge of local cuisine and food trends

Previous experience in similar dining concepts
