About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our client's establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and quality control

Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to maintain optimal service standards

Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control measures to ensure profitability

Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management

Proven track record of successful restaurant operations management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred)

Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards

Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Relevant industry certifications are a plus
