About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our authentic Middle Eastern restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and Middle Eastern cuisine, along with strong leadership abilities to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team through effective training and mentoring

Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards

Manage inventory, food costs, and labor costs to maximize profitability

Handle budget planning, financial reporting, and revenue forecasting

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and sales

Handle customer feedback and resolve any service-related issues

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and service

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry

Fluent in Arabic (essential)

Strong understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine and hospitality standards

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Proficient in restaurant management systems and POS software

Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and HACCP standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
