Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operations. The ideal candidate will combine excellent guest service skills with strong business acumen to ensure exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery

Lead, train, and develop front-of-house team members

Ensure highest standards of guest service and satisfaction

Manage restaurant budgets, costs, and revenue targets

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Monitor and order inventory, manage costs and wastage

Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively

Implement marketing initiatives to drive revenue

Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager in 4/5 star hotels

Currently residing in UAE

Fluency in English plus one additional language (Arabic, German, or Russian)

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service standards

Proven track record in team leadership and development

Excellent financial management skills

Proficiency in restaurant management software
