Salary: Up to AED 13,000 per month all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service charge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at an upscale British brasserie in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for quality, and a solid background in managing restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of guest service, and managing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, guest service, and quality control.

Ensure efficient and effective service delivery and operational excellence.

Financial Management:

Monitor financial performance, including budget adherence, cost control, and revenue tracking.

Implement strategies to optimize profitability and manage expenses.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain standards and address any issues promptly.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, controlling stock, and minimizing waste.

Ensure timely replenishment and proper stock rotation.

Customer Relations:

Resolve customer complaints and address operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

Enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service and hospitality.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management.

Personal Attributes:

Open to Russian, European, South African, and South American nationalities.

Male, 38 years old and below.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
