Saddle Restaurant is seeking experienced Restaurant Management professionals to join our dynamic team. We are currently recruiting for two critical positions: Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager. Ideal candidates will bring a wealth of experience and a passion for exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete restaurant operations

Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities

Ensure highest standards of customer service

Develop and implement operational strategies

Supervise and train restaurant staff

Manage staff scheduling and performance

Control food and beverage costs

Handle customer relations and resolve any issues

Maintain health and safety compliance

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant management

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Flexible availability across Emirates

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Professional demeanor

Immediate availability preferred

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)

Proven track record in restaurant management

Experience in high-end or multi-location restaurant environments

Proficiency in restaurant management software

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
