Role Overview

Maxx Royal is hiring a Restaurant Hostess in Kemer, Turkey. This position is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals with proven restaurant hosting experience in luxury environments, excellent guest service skills, multilingual capabilities, and the ability to manage restaurant reception, coordinate seating, lead junior hostesses, and deliver exceptional first impressions in an ultra-luxury resort setting.

Guest Reception and Welcome

Provide exceptional guest reception by greeting arriving guests warmly, welcoming diners with genuine hospitality, creating memorable first impressions, managing entrance experience, and setting the tone for outstanding dining experiences at Maxx Royal restaurants.

Reservation Management and Coordination

Manage reservations by handling booking requests via phone and in-person, coordinating with guests on special requirements, confirming reservations, managing reservation system, optimizing table allocation, and ensuring smooth reservation operations.

Seating Coordination and Table Management

Coordinate seating by managing table assignments, optimizing restaurant capacity, balancing server sections, accommodating guest preferences, managing wait times, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring efficient table turnover.

VIP and Special Guest Handling

Handle VIP and special guests by recognizing returning guests, managing high-profile diners, coordinating special arrangements, ensuring personalized service, communicating preferences to service teams, and delivering elevated experiences for distinguished guests.

Junior Hostess Supervision

Supervise junior hostesses by providing guidance, training new team members, delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, ensuring service standards, coordinating shifts, and building capable hosting team.

Guest Communication and Information

Communicate with guests by providing restaurant information, explaining menu concepts, describing dining experiences, answering inquiries, coordinating special requests, and ensuring guests have information needed for dining decisions.

Waitlist and Queue Management

Manage waitlists by coordinating guest queues during peak times, providing accurate wait time estimates, keeping waiting guests informed, managing expectations, coordinating seating priority, and ensuring fair and efficient guest flow.
