Primary Responsibilities:

Guest Reception and First Impressions

Serve as the primary point of contact for all restaurant guests

Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional greeting to all guests upon arrival

Create a positive and inviting atmosphere from the moment guests enter the restaurant

Manage guest expectations and ensure a memorable first impression

Reservation and Seating Management

Efficiently handle reservation systems (digital and manual)

Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow and guest comfort

Manage waitlists during peak hours with patience and professionalism

Track and manage table turnover to maximize restaurant efficiency

Operational Coordination

Collaborate closely with wait staff, kitchen team, and management to ensure smooth service

Communicate effectively about reservation status, special requests, and table availability

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house area

Assist in maintaining restaurant standards and cleanliness

Guest Support and Communication

Respond to guest inquiries about menu, restaurant policies, and services

Handle guest requests and potential concerns with diplomacy and problem-solving skills

Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and restaurant features

Support guests with special needs or accommodations

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service preferred
