Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction activities and site operations

Ensure project execution according to plans and specifications

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

Monitor project progress and quality control

Review technical submittals and shop drawings

Manage site documentation and reporting

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Handle site-related technical queries and solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

8+ years of construction supervision experience

Experience with UAE construction practices and regulations

Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies

Valid UAE engineering certification/registration (if required)

Skills & Competencies

Excellent project management skills

Strong technical and analytical abilities

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents

Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Must be eligible to work in UAE
