About the Role:
The Canvas Hotel Dubai, a distinguished member of Accor's MGallery Collection, seeks an accomplished Reservations Supervisor to elevate our guest booking experience. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on reservations management in our luxury boutique environment.
Operational Leadership:
The successful candidate will supervise the reservations team, ensuring flawless booking processes across all channels. Your expertise will optimize room inventory management while maintaining our property's premium positioning through rate strategy implementation.
Guest Experience Stewardship:
You will cultivate exceptional pre-arrival experiences through personalized booking interactions. Your team's attention to detail will set the stage for memorable stays by anticipating guest preferences and special requests.
Candidate Profile:
We require hospitality professionals with 3+ years of reservations experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Your background should demonstrate success in luxury hotel revenue optimization and CRM system mastery.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and channel management systems is essential. Your analytical skills will drive reporting on booking trends, conversion rates, and market segment performance.
