VIP Platinum Concierge DMCC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Reservation Manager to join our prestigious team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai. As a Reservation Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the reservation processes, ensuring top-notch service for our high-end clientele.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the reservation team to ensure efficient and accurate booking processes.
Develop and implement reservation strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with travel agents, tour operators, and other stakeholders within the travel industry.
Monitor and analyze reservation trends and data to make informed business decisions.
Ensure compliance with Middle Eastern travel industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare regular reports on reservation activities and performance metrics.
Train and mentor reservation staff to maintain high standards of service.
Skills and Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sales and customer service.
In-depth understanding of the Middle Eastern travel industry and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Priority will be given to candidates who are fluent in Arabic.
