Job Description
Gloria Hotels seeks an experienced Reservation Agent to join our prestigious 5-star property in Dubai's vibrant Deira district. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury environment.
Reservation Management
You will handle all booking inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and online platforms. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate room allocations while maximizing occupancy and revenue potential.
Guest Experience Curation
The role requires providing personalized reservation assistance tailored to guest preferences. Your ability to recommend room categories, packages, and hotel amenities will enhance pre-arrival experiences and drive satisfaction.
System Proficiency
Utilizing property management systems, you'll process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with efficiency. Your technical skills will maintain flawless inventory management and rate integrity.
Upselling & Revenue Optimization
Your persuasive communication will promote premium room categories and value-added services. Your contribution to revenue per available room (RevPAR) goals will be measured through conversion metrics.
Collaborative Operations
Working closely with front office and revenue teams, you'll ensure seamless information flow regarding special requests and occupancy forecasts. Your coordination will support operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
We require professionals with:
- 4+ years reservation experience in international hotel chains
- In-depth knowledge of Opera or similar PMS
- Exceptional English communication skills
- UAE residency/availability
