Job Description
Dusit International welcomes passionate hospitality professionals to join our reservations team in Dubai. This customer-centric role offers the opportunity to be the first point of contact for guests, shaping their initial experience with our renowned hospitality brand.
Guest Relationship Management
As a Reservation Agent, you will handle all booking inquiries with exceptional service standards, converting potential guests into confirmed reservations through your consultative approach and in-depth knowledge of our property offerings.
Reservation System Expertise
You will master our property management systems to process reservations accurately, manage room allocations, and update availability in real-time. Your technical proficiency will ensure seamless booking experiences across all channels.
Sales Conversion Focus
The role requires identifying opportunities to upsell room categories and additional services while maintaining genuine care for guest needs. Your ability to articulate value propositions will directly contribute to revenue optimization.
Multichannel Coordination
You will manage reservations coming through various platforms including direct calls, online travel agencies, and corporate accounts, ensuring consistent service quality and accurate information across all touchpoints.
Operational Support
Working closely with front office and revenue teams, you'll provide critical data for occupancy forecasting and participate in strategies to maximize room yield during peak periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek individuals with:
- A natural passion for guest service
- Previous experience in hospitality reservations or call centers
- Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
