Key Responsibilities:

As the Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for managing room reservations, ensuring accuracy, and providing outstanding service to guests. You will also maintain reservation records, process payments, and assist in resolving any booking-related issues.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Reservation Agent at an international chain hotel. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office is required. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an advantage.
