Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Reservation Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest booking experiences and maintaining high standards of customer service in a premium hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle hotel room reservations efficiently and professionally

Manage reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms

Provide accurate information about room types, rates, and hotel amenities

Process guest bookings, modifications, and cancellations

Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest reservation records

Respond to guest queries and special requests promptly and courteously

Collaborate with front desk, sales, and management teams

Manage reservation systems and databases

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the booking process

Handle potential overbooking scenarios and guest relocation

Maintain confidentiality of guest information

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of reservation experience in 4 or 5-star hotels

Proven track record in hospitality reservation management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong computer skills and familiarity with reservation management systems

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Professional and customer-centric approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience with online booking platforms and global distribution systems

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reservation software (Opera, Amadeus, etc.)

Microsoft Office Suite

Strong typing and data entry skills

Basic understanding of revenue management principles

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality Management

Previous experience in luxury hotel segment
