Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst Specialist to join our expanding Business Development Department. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with deep market understanding of the UAE business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends in the UAE and wider MENA region

Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making

Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and industry developments

Develop and maintain financial models and databases to track market metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and provide data-driven recommendations

Generate actionable intelligence from complex data sets to support business development initiatives

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in both Arabic and English

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3 years of research analyst experience in the UAE

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with market research tools and databases

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

Strong report writing and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in related field

Experience in investment analysis or consulting

Knowledge of statistical analysis software

Understanding of UAE business regulations and market dynamics

Experience with data visualization tools
