Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Resale Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for facilitating property resale transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to our company's market presence in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for property resales

Build and maintain relationships with property owners and potential buyers

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties

Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers

Assist clients throughout the entire property transaction process

Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and property listings

Stay updated on market trends and property valuations

Prepare and present property market analyses

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)

Previous sales experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Real estate experience is a plus

Valid UAE driving license

Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
