Position Summary

As a Repair Technician at EXEED Sharjah, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of vehicles, ensuring that every unit returned to our customers is safe, functional, and in prime condition. Your primary focus will be on mechanical, electrical, and technical vehicle systems, supporting our service department to deliver on performance and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties will include troubleshooting mechanical faults, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, conducting inspections, and carrying out repairs on a wide range of automotive systems such as engines, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, and transmission systems. You’ll also play a crucial role in test-driving vehicles post-repair to ensure the issue has been fully resolved.

Technical Skills and Precision

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong diagnostic and technical repair abilities. You’ll use specialized tools, digital diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer protocols to assess and repair vehicles. Accuracy and attention to detail are vital to maintain the high-quality standards that EXEED customers expect and deserve.

Teamwork and Collaboration

As a valued member of the EXEED service team, you will collaborate with service advisors, workshop supervisors, and other technicians to ensure smooth repair operations. Clear communication and teamwork are essential to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and uphold EXEED’s reputation for quality and efficiency.

Customer-Centric Approach

Although the role is technically focused, understanding customer concerns through job cards and service reports is key. You’ll need to translate customer complaints into accurate diagnoses and efficient solutions, ensuring that every repair reflects the EXEED commitment to customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have a relevant technical diploma or certification in automotive repair, along with prior experience in a dealership or automotive service center. Knowledge of EXEED vehicle systems is a plus, but experience with other luxury or performance automotive brands is also highly valued.
