Salary: Up to AED 9000 + Incentives (Based on Experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling Credit Cards or Personal Loans

Job Description:

Our client, a leading bank in the UAE, is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join their team as Relationship Officers or Senior Relationship Officers specializing in Personal Loans. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to potential customers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the bank.

Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding loan products, eligibility criteria, and application processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of loan applications.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations related to personal loans.

Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling Credit Cards or Personal Loans.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Home country banking sales experience can also be considered.

Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for interviews.
