Operating in a hybrid model across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this position is ideal for a target-driven banking or FinTech sales specialist who excels at sourcing SME clients, structuring business loans, and expanding market share.

The core responsibilities for this role revolve around driving end-to-end client acquisition and portfolio growth for business loans and receivables financing solutions. Daily activities include generating qualified leads through direct outreach and professional networking, managing sales pipeline conversions, conducting client financial assessments, and guiding corporate borrowers through onboarding procedures. The Relationship Officer will maintain long-term commercial relationships with SME owners, partner with internal credit and risk teams to streamline underwriting approvals, monitor loan utilization, and cross-sell digital financing products across UAE enterprise networks.

Candidates applying for this role must demonstrate a minimum of two years of direct sales and relationship management experience in commercial banking, business banking, or SME lending within the United Arab Emirates. A valid UAE driving license is required to facilitate client visits across business hubs in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Applicants must possess strong negotiation capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven record of meeting commercial targets.
