Position Overview:

PACT Employment Services is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer / Sr. Relationship Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of UAE experience in selling credit cards or personal loans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Promote and sell credit cards and personal loans to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with market trends.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in selling credit cards or personal loans.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates must be available in UAE for an interview.
