Role Overview – Derby Marketing is hiring a Relationship Officer for banking sales in Abu Dhabi with salary up to AED 6,000. This position is open to candidates with minimum 2 year sales experience in banking or insurance, as well as freshers with strong sales mindset who are eager to build careers in banking sales.

Client Relationship Management – You will build and manage relationships with banking clients by understanding their financial needs, providing personalized service, offering suitable banking products, maintaining regular contact, and ensuring client satisfaction that leads to loyalty and product adoption.

Banking Product Sales – You will promote and sell banking products including accounts, credit cards, loans, deposits, and other financial services. Your sales efforts drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product penetration across the client base.

Lead Generation and Prospecting – You will generate leads and prospect potential banking clients through referrals, networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques. Building a robust pipeline ensures consistent sales performance and achievement of targets.

Customer Needs Assessment – You will assess customer financial needs through consultative conversations, identify appropriate banking solutions, explain product features and benefits, and guide customers toward products that serve their financial objectives.

Sales Target Achievement – You will work toward achieving sales targets and KPIs by consistently prospecting, presenting products effectively, closing sales, and maximizing revenue from your client portfolio.
