Job Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to build and maintain relationships.

Provide customer support and address any inquiries or concerns.

Assist in the development and implementation of loyalty programs.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1-year UAE banking experience is an advantage.

Home country banking experience is also considered.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
