About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Relationship Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities

Create and present compelling sales proposals

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (UAE or home country)

Must be currently located in UAE

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Valid UAE work visa/permit

Preferred Skills

Experience in relationship management

Knowledge of the UAE market

Strong negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Goal-oriented mindset

Self-motivated with ability to work independently
