About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager specializing in Wage Protection System (WPS) to join our client, a leading financial institution in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development for WPS products and strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients for WPS services

Drive business growth through acquisition of new WPS clients

Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote WPS solutions

Monitor and ensure smooth processing of wage payments through the WPS

Provide support and resolution for client queries related to WPS

Maintain documentation and compliance requirements for WPS accounts

Achieve assigned business targets and KPIs

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Prepare regular reports on business development activities

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in exchange houses

Proven track record in business development for WPS products

Arabic language proficiency (required)

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and WPS regulations

Experience in financial services or banking sector

Knowledge of corporate client relationship management

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Good understanding of UAE banking regulations

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Strong presentation and client handling skills

Problem-solving and analytical capabilities

Time management and organizational skills

Requirements

Must be currently residing in UAE

Available for immediate joining

Valid UAE driving license preferred
