About the Role:

We are hiring for a leading local bank in the UAE and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager – Business Banking SME & MSE (Liabilities) to join our team in Dubai. This is a client acquisition role focused on generating new leads and building strong relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and micro-sized enterprises (MSEs). Key Responsibilities:

As the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding the bank’s business liability portfolio. Your primary duties will include identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting core products such as business liability accounts. You will also cross-sell other SME products, including Letters of Guarantee (LG) and Letters of Credit (LC). Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business banking, specifically in SME and MSE liabilities, is required. UAE experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in liabilities, LGs, and LCs, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
