Job Title: Relationship Manager - Bancassurance

A leading bank in the UAE is currently seeking dynamic and experienced Relationship Managers in Bancassurance to join their team. If you have a background in bancassurance or life insurance and possess strong sales and relationship-building skills, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Salary: Up to AED 11,000 + Incentives

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable bancassurance solutions.

Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers through effective relationship management and sales techniques.

Meet sales targets and objectives set by the bank, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the bancassurance business.

Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet their requirements.

Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage, benefits, and terms.

Coordinate with insurance providers and underwriters to process insurance applications, claims, and policy renewals.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and address their concerns.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of bancassurance services.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

At least 1+ years of experience in bancassurance or life insurance sales.

Candidates from the insurance sector with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Home country experience in the insurance industry will also be considered.

Must be available in the UAE for interviews.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
