About the Role:
ISHR Real Estate seeks a dynamic Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships in Dubai's competitive property market. This client-facing role is ideal for sales-driven professionals passionate about connecting investors with premium real estate opportunities.
Client Portfolio Management:
The successful candidate will develop strategic relationships with HNWI and corporate clients, understanding their investment objectives to recommend suitable properties. Your expertise will guide clients through the entire purchasing journey while establishing long-term trust and loyalty.
Sales & Negotiation:
You will leverage in-depth market knowledge to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets. The role requires sophisticated negotiation skills to structure favorable terms while maintaining the company's profit margins on each transaction.
Candidate Profile:
We prefer Indian nationals with 2+ years of UAE real estate experience and proven sales achievements. Your background should demonstrate success in B2C or B2B relationship management, preferably in Dubai's property sector.
Market Intelligence:
The position demands current knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations, emerging communities, and payment plan structures. Your ability to analyze market trends will position you as a trusted advisor to discerning investors.
