About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for our client, a leading local bank in Dubai, to join their Priority Banking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with privilege banking customers while meeting business targets through various banking products.

Required Experience & Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in retail banking, customer acquisition, or relationship management

Specific experience in privilege banking or similar high-net-worth segment

UAE banking experience (mandatory)

Relevant banking or finance qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of priority banking customers

Drive business growth through cross-selling of banking products including:

Privilege Accounts

Credit Cards

Fixed Deposits

Savings Accounts

Overdraft Facilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients

Provide personalized banking solutions based on client needs

Meet and exceed sales targets for various banking products

Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Monitor and report on portfolio performance

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of banking products and services

Excellent relationship building and networking abilities

Superior communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Goal-oriented with proven track record in meeting targets

Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in banking software and MS Office
