Relationship Manager

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our Priority Banking Acquisition Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients while promoting our suite of premium banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new Priority Banking customers through various channels and referrals

Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients

Meet acquisition targets for Priority Banking accounts

Cross-sell premium banking products including:

Credit Cards

Fixed Deposits

Savings Accounts

Other wealth management products

Conduct financial needs analysis for clients

Provide personalized banking solutions

Monitor portfolio performance and maintain client relationships

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Generate leads through networking and referral programs

Prepare client proposals and presentations

Regular reporting on sales activities and achievements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of UAE banking experience

Experience in Priority Banking or SME Banking

Strong knowledge of UAE banking products and regulations

Valid UAE banking certifications

Proven track record in client acquisition

Excellent understanding of KYC and compliance requirements

Essential Skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Excellent relationship management skills

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong networking capabilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in banking software and MS Office

Outstanding communication skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in wealth management

Knowledge of investment products

Existing client network in UAE

Background in SME banking
