Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our prestigious real estate development firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships within the UAE's luxury property development sector.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, property investors, and key stakeholders through regular engagement and exceptional service delivery. This includes conducting property presentations, organizing viewings, and providing detailed market insights.

Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities within assigned territories, while maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and legal departments to ensure client requirements are met and project milestones are effectively communicated to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate development sales within the UAE market

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in high-value property transactions

Extensive knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and development projects

Strong network within the UAE property sector

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

Valid UAE driving license

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
