Job Description:

Saudi German Health UAE Sharjah Branch is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team across multiple departments. We are looking for dedicated professionals with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and MOH registration. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Operation Room

Labour and Delivery

Emergency

Medical-Surgical Ward

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Assist in surgical procedures, labor and delivery, emergency interventions, or medical-surgical care, depending on the department.

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

MOH registration is mandatory.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge in the relevant department.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
