Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and qualified Registered Nurses to join our home healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while maintaining professional healthcare standards.

Essential Requirements

Valid DOH-RN License or Eligibility Letter

Must be currently available in UAE

Willing and able to work in a home healthcare setting

Available for immediate joining

Strong commitment to patient care and safety

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their home environment

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Monitor and record patients' conditions and maintain accurate medical records

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Coordinate with healthcare team members and physicians regarding patient care

Educate patients and family members about care procedures and health management

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols

Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations

Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in the home care setting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Valid DOH-RN License or Eligibility Letter

Previous experience in home healthcare is preferred

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)

Valid UAE driving license is preferred
