Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team at Amina Hospital. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while upholding our standards of excellence in nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and implement prescribed nursing care plans

Assess patients' conditions and document observations accurately

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor vital signs and patient progress

Assist physicians during examinations and procedures

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Respond promptly to emergency situations

Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans

Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Mentor new nursing staff when required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) nursing license

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience

Strong clinical and technical nursing skills

Excellent patient assessment and care planning abilities

Proficient in basic life support (BLS)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred

Computer literacy and experience with electronic medical records

Desired Qualifications

Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.)

Experience in specialized nursing areas

Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting

Leadership or charge nurse experience
