Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Arabic-speaking Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while demonstrating strong clinical skills and cultural competency.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care according to established nursing care standards and hospital protocols

Assess patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team

Communicate effectively with patients and families in both Arabic and English

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Participate in patient education and discharge planning

Ensure compliance with infection control policies and safety procedures

Document all nursing interventions and patient responses accurately

Assist in emergency situations following established protocols

Required Qualifications

Valid DHA license or eligibility for DHA registration

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

Native or fluent Arabic language proficiency

Strong English language skills (written and verbal)

Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Previous experience in UAE healthcare system preferred

Clinical Competencies

Strong knowledge of nursing care procedures and protocols

Expertise in wound care and medication administration

Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems

Understanding of infection control practices

Ability to operate standard medical equipment

Knowledge of emergency response procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Cultural sensitivity and awareness

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good organizational and time management skills

Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Capable of lifting and positioning patients

Manual dexterity for clinical procedures

Visual acuity and ability to hear patient calls/alarms

Work Schedule

Full-time position

May include rotating shifts

Weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled

On-call duties may be required
