Position Overview

United Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Regional IT Manager to oversee and optimize technology operations across our portfolio of hotels. This role combines technical expertise with hospitality industry knowledge to enhance guest experiences through effective IT management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple hotel properties

Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, maintenance, and support for all managed properties

Lead and coordinate IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment

Ensure IT security compliance and maintain data protection standards across all properties

Develop and manage IT budgets for multiple locations

Provide leadership and technical guidance to property-level IT staff

Implement best practices for IT service delivery and support

Monitor and optimize system performance across all properties

Create and maintain IT policies and procedures for the region

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in IT management within the hospitality industry

Strong technical background with comprehensive knowledge of hotel management systems

Experience managing IT operations across multiple properties or locations

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong project management capabilities

Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices

Knowledge of IT security protocols and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
