Are you a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry? We’re hiring a Regional HR Director for a prestigious hotel group in Saudi Arabia.

 Key Requirements:

 Extensive HR experience, specifically within the hotel industry.

 Proven leadership skills to oversee HR operations across multiple locations.

 Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

 Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.

 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

 Responsibilities:

 Lead HR functions across the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

 Manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and development programs.

 Drive a culture of excellence and high employee engagement.

 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

A Saudi national with Syrian origin, born in Cairo in 1971, Basel has been residing in Dubai for the past 40 years prior to opening his own companies, he worked as the Business Development Manager for the Burj Al Arab from 1999 till 2007.

Basel has obtained Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Central Florida, as well achieving his Master’s Degree from the University of New England in Australia, and completed two business courses from Harvard University.
