Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare recruitment and a proven track record of successfully placing medical professionals across various healthcare roles.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

10-12 years total recruitment experience

Minimum 5 years healthcare industry recruitment experience

SHRM certification (preferred)

Bilingual abilities preferred

Utilize multiple recruitment channels:

Job boards

Social media

Healthcare associations

Professional referrals

Handle recruitment documentation:

Prepare recruitment packs

Draft job offers

Structure compensation packages

Process employment terms

Essential Skills:

Healthcare industry knowledge

Strong sourcing abilities

Understanding of medical hiring requirements

Compensation and benefits expertise

Multilingual communication skills

Documentation proficiency
