About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing placements, while maintaining high service standards and meeting recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating job offers for various client positions

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive candidate sourcing and networking

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery

Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and provide regular updates

Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and database records

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment experience in Dubai

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and KPIs

Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS, and MS Office

Valid UAE residence visa (must have own visa)
