Job Description: We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the hiring process at our real estate company. You will source and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate, here in UAE.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in applicant tracking systems.

- Familiarity with employment laws is a plus.
